Reporting to: Deck Engineering Coordinator/Jacket Engineering Coordinator / FMWR Engineering Coordinator

Mechanical Engineer

Main responsibilities;

• Selection of the best technical/economical solutions and products.

• Mechanical systems overall design integrity and compliance with international

standards, COMPANY specifications and engineering best practices.

• Effectiveness, efficiency and safety of mechanical systems activities execution

• Quality and technical integrity of mechanical systems.

Key activities:

• Mechanical systems design documents reviewing and approving

• Providing technical evaluation of mechanical systems

• Providing mechanical systems execution technical follow-up.

• Performing power stations, compressor island stations, pumps, turbines and

other dynamic equipment concept design and/or detailed engineering design

• Preparing ITT documentation and bid technical review for all equipment

• Reviewing contractors equipment design

• Supporting equipment commissioning and production start-up.

• Attending and accepting equipment mechanical running, string and performance

tests.

Minimum & Mandatory Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science Degree (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering from an

accredited university

• Work experience of then (10) years in the sought discipline after earning the

BSc degree

• Excellent spoken and written English including proven ability to write

specifications and reports.
