Material & Corrosion Prevention Engineer

Reporting to: Deck Engineering Coordinator/Jacket Engineering Coordinator / FMWR Engineering Coordinator

Work Location: RM Office Assago (Italy)

Metallurgist / Corrosion Engineer

Main responsibilities:

• Material selection

• Selection of the best technical/economical solutions for Materials

• Overall material selection integrity in compliance with international standards,

COMPANY specifications and engineering best practices

• Corrosion risk assessment

Key activities:

• Corrosion prevention and corrosion risk assessment

• Material selection

• Asset Integrity Management, including pipeline integrity management system,

maintenance management system, corrosion and material management system

• Provide support in reviewing material non conformity

Minimum & Mandatory Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science Degree (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering from an

accredited university.

• Work experience of ten (10) years in the field of the sought discipline after

earning the BSc degree.

• Excellent spoken and written English including proven ability to write

specifications and reports.
