Monitor and implement the company’s H3SE policies, procedures, and programs.
Assist Project Execution Managers to ensure compliance by all project contractors to all relevant legislation and statutory requirements.
Identify potential hazards & recommend solutions at all stages of projects
Qualify new contractors on HSE point of view, review the HSE performance of contractors after each project.
Ensure at pre-development phase that HSE analysis phase are included into the CDGRP and CORISK Meeting for top management approval.
Review HSE Plans, Procedures, Method Statements, Risk assessments for the projects, & all Health, Safety & Environment related documentation to ensure compliance with Group and local requirements.
Implement, compile, report the REN Project HSE KPI jointly with Country representative and HSE Focal point identified.
Train & Coach Site HSE and perform On the job training
Assist Project Execution Managers to implement improvement & prohibition notice to contractors and set up recommendation & corrective action (including close out monitoring).
Lead accidents & incidents investigations.
Make sure of the proper availability and working condition of safety equipment
Deliverables :
Final report at the end of the mission.
Qualifications & Experience Required
8 to 10 years of professional expertise involving at least 3 years in a HSE and/or project management.
5 to 10 years of expertise in construction safety, preferably expertise with EPC contractors of the Renewables industry.
Expertise in the implementation of sustainable actions to improve HSE.
Expertise in the power sector, and Electricity risks expertise.
H3SE Audit certification and Lead Auditor on ISO 45001 or OSHAS 18001 or ISO 14001 or other recognized HSE standard is required,
Expertise leading several H3SE audits is required, and having an H3SE operational expertise,
Precision and zero compromise/tolerance approach on HSE and technical excellence must be proven.
Expertise in managing high level contacts are required.
