Jacket Yard HSE Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures for the jacket yard operations in the MENA and Europe regions.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Train and educate employees on safety procedures and best practices.
• Investigate accidents and incidents and prepare reports with recommendations for corrective actions.
• Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors to ensure that all safety requirements are met.
• Monitor and maintain safety records and documentation.
• Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations and make recommendations for improvements to safety procedures.
• Lead emergency response and evacuation procedures in case of an incident.
• Conduct safety meetings and provide regular updates on safety performance to the project team.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role preferably in the construction or oil and gas industry.
• Knowledge of HSE regulations and standards in the MENA and Europe regions.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel to project sites in the MENA and Europe regions.
