Draft operational procedures.
Conduct engineering studies on fracturing to optimize well productivity, define specifications for casings/wellheads, and identify fracturing equipment requirements.
Prepare budgets and schedules for fracturing operations.
Participate in contract management.
After operations commence, oversee and optimize operations by reviewing past activities and seeking improvements.
Monitor costs, operations, and performance.
Organize HSE visits to fracturing sites.
Maintain the Rigless Improvement Process (RIP) register.
Participate in weekly meetings with contractors, assess their performance, and contribute to Service Quality Meetings (SQM).
Ensure compliance with HSE regulations for activities under your responsibility.
Ensure compliance with Algerian regulations by drilling-well contractors.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Engineering degree (Bac+5) from an engineering school or Master 2.
Valid IWCF well control level 4 (Supervisory Level).
