General Description of Role and Responsibilities
- Manage the overall pre-fabrication / Fabrication and construction onshore of Structures
- Efficiency of construction work execution
- Technical quality of project constructability review.
- Construction planning and monitoring (schedule, costs and compliance of work to project specification)
- Constructability Review and contractors construction plan review
- Identification and adoption of the correct HSEQ standards according to COMPANY standards and local norms and legislation
- Contractors management including construction work troubleshooting
- Managing construction site supervisors.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills
- Bachelor Degree from an accredited university
- Work experience of 8+ years in the sought discipline after earning the university degree.
- Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in offshore projects.
- Excellent spoken and written English including proven ability to write reports.
