Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-7 years of experience in fluid system design, thermal-hydraulics, or nuclear operations.
- Proficiency in fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, and heat transfer.
- Experience with hydraulic modeling and simulation tools such as ANSYS Fluent, STAR CCM+, Flowmaster.
- Knowledge of nuclear cooling systems, heat exchangers, and steam turbines.
- Familiarity with ASME BPVC, NRC, and ANSI standards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and a strong safety mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure and tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- PhD in a relevant field.
- PE (Professional Engineer) license or ASME certification.
- IPO or pre-IPO company experience.
- Written and spoken fluency in Italian and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence across functions and levels.
