The Drilling Supervisor will be in charge of executing drilling operations on board the assigned Noble rig, in line with the approved drilling program. The position ensures operations are conducted safely and efficiently, while capturing all learnings to optimize future wells.
Activities
- Lead daily rig activities and ensure compliance with the drilling program
- Supervise contractors and service companies to ensure execution per plan
- Report daily operations and participate in morning calls and look-ahead meetings
- Anticipate operational risks and ensure all required equipment/personnel are available
- Ensure rig HSE plan is implemented; conduct toolbox talks and site inspections
- Coordinate logistics to avoid downtime and optimize rig sequence
- Participate in audits and inspections as site representative
Qualifications & Experience Required
- 15+ years in drilling operations with at least 5 years as offshore supervisor
- Knowledge of TotalEnergies referential and rig safety culture
- IWCF Level 4 required
- BOSIET EBS OPITO
- Fluent in English
