1- Job Purpose

• To ensure effective and efficient well operations according to field production requirements
• To accurately track well conditions and performance

2- Main Responsibilities

• Accuracy and timeliness of well test
• Effective and efficiency of well operations

3- Key Activities

• Ensuring the good running of all well head and fields operations and an accurate monitoring of the wells dynamic and static parameters
• Supervising a team of operators responsible for the control and monitoring of onshore wellhead facilities, including performance of well tests, monitoring of local instrumentation, verification of well site integrity and security
• Ensuring the application of HSEQ policy during well operations

Secondary Level Technical Education

Training & Courses

• Management skills basic course
• Well area course

Languages

• Fluent knowledge of English
• Intermediate knowledge of the local language preferred

Required Experience

• 7 years of Oil & Gas ndustry experience
• 5 years of well operations experience

Required Knowledge, Technical or Professional Skills

• Commissioning - Start Up Gas Plant Start-Up, Oil & Condensate Plant Start-Up, Commissioning and start-up
• Specialist KnowledgeEngineering knowledge in the specialist activity
