Qualification and skills
- Minimum professional experience of 10 years and graduated from a recognized university or E&M engineering school/institute (minimum equivalent to MSc)
- Civil engineer.
- At least 10 years’ experience of urban sanitation systems.
- Good knowledge of work supervision procedure.
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English
Overall experience
- General experience of 15 years, 10 of which in driving construction or rehabilitation of sewer systems, pumping stations and/or WWTP.
- Strong experience in work supervision on project of more than 10 million euros.
Specific experience
- Experience of working in engineering/design, work supervision or construction management of urban sanitation systems.
- Experience in civil engineering including ground investigations, geotechnical study, structural design, assessment of concrete quality.
- Expérience in CCTV inspection, cleaning technics and trenchless technics for sewer rehabilitation work is plus.
- Experience in FIDIC contract management.
