Missions / Service Dimensions

The Planning Lead will be responsible for all scheduling, planning, and progress measurement activities across the NorseBreeze Offshore Wind project. The role includes developing planning tools, defining structures for reporting, supporting package leads, and contributing to integrated project schedules and monthly reports.

Main Activities

  • Develop and maintain planning procedures, progress measurement tools, and reporting mechanisms
  • Define and update Work Breakdown Structures and integrate them with cost and progress controls
  • Create and maintain integrated project schedules and conduct scenario simulations
  • Coordinate all planning activities across packages and ensure quality schedule data from contractors
  • Review and validate contractors’ progress methodologies and reports
  • Prepare Weekly and Monthly Project Reports, and other planning documentation as required
  • Support internal reporting integration (PMO, cost control, risk management)
  • Monitor and highlight schedule risks and opportunities to the Project Management team
  • Contribute to lessons learned and apply planning standards and best practices
  • Ensure strict confidentiality of all planning-related documentation

Qualifications & Experience Required

  • Education Degree in Engineering or Project Management
  • Languages English (mandatory), French (preferred)
  • Experience Minimum 8-10 years in complex offshore project planning
  • Tools PRIMAVERA, MS Project, Power BI, MS Excel, MS Word; LEAN Six Sigma a plus
  • Skills
    • Advanced project planning & control (preferably in offshore wind)
    • Experience with EPC, joint ventures, and partner interfaces
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
    • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively
    • Understanding of planning/reporting rules and procedures in major energy projects
