Main Responsibilities

O&M Engineering - WTG and BOP

• Draft and review O&M documentation: O&M Philosophy, SCADA, Security, Commissioning, and Start-up Plans
• Review WTG and BOP technical documentation: P&IDs, SLDs, logic diagrams, safety concepts
• Support development of O&M procedures: maintenance routines, inspections, emergency response, black start scenarios
• Participate in preventive maintenance program planning and compliance with regulatory inspections
• Monitor and provide input to scheduling activities for preservation, commissioning, and start-up

Logistics & Infrastructure

• Define and validate specifications for O&M infrastructure, including:
  • O&M Ports and Bases (North Sea and Baltic)
  • Central Control Room
  • Central Warehouse

Contractual & Technical Support

• Provide input on scopes of work for WTG, BOP, SOV/CTV, and O&M base contracts
• Review contractual clauses to ensure alignment with technical and operational requirements
• Propose and monitor KPIs for O&M contracts and supplier performance
• Contribute to the sourcing strategy and contract negotiation processes

Tools and Systems

• Work with MS Office 365, SharePoint, GIS tools, ERP, and internal documentation platforms (e.g., PRODOM)
• Ensure all work aligns with internal specifications and operational standards

Profile Required

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience in O&M roles for offshore wind farms, ideally across various farm typologies
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in multicultural environments
• Effective communicator with robust analytical and reporting skills

Languages

• English: Fluent (mandatory)
• French and/or German: Advantageous
