Objectives and deliverables

1. purchasing management

• Issue invitations to tender with contractual and commercial and commercial negotiations
• Challenge specifiers in terms of needs and specifications in order to globalize, simplify, standardize, concentrate needs and broaden or even renew the supplier panel.
• Draw up synthesis and analysis grids (technical, functional, economic).
• Conduct all stages of the purchasing process in compliance with internal rules and procedures, in particular the Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct
• oversee the drafting of pre-consultation and tender documents for central requirements
• Participate in the drafting of pre-consultation and tender documents for local needs in support of local structures, notably by disseminating best practices (standard documents) and price references (benchmarks)
• Directly conduct commercial and contractual negotiations with suppliers in compliance with procedures and operating rules assist local structures in this process;
• Assist operational staff in any commercial disputes with suppliers, in conjunction
• Manage subsidiaries' commercial claims against suppliers.
• Purchasing strategies-Award recommendations.

2. Monitoring and improving the intellectual services category and purchasing

performance

• Monitor supplier activity and performance indicators in liaison with specifiers
• Ensure proper application of framework contracts
• Prepare supplier performance reviews and participate in their evaluation
• Inform and monitor suppliers and specifiers on subcontracting, safety, quality, environment and social responsibility
• Propose improvement, optimization and/or transformation plans in collaboration with specifiers to improve overall performance.

3. Required Competencies

• Capacity to interact with key decision makersadvanced level
• Langages fluent in english
