• Configure and maintain servers: AD, FS and Mail.
• Create new mail account and disable revoked one
• provide and control access to FS system and VPN
• configure and maintain Ticket system
• Monitoring and Alerting
• User Permission and Administration
• SSO and Password Management
• File Organization and Management
• System Usage Policies and Procedures
• Software Installation, Updates and Upkeep
• Redundancies, Rollovers and Recovery Plans
