Key responsibilities

• Role modeling leadership and support for QHSE culture
• Working as part of the Subsurface Team to develop and implement Division objectives
• Supporting Algeria Production Unit in Reservoir Engineering tasks
• Interfacing with related internal stakeholders
• Algeria Fields’ RE opportunities identification, prioritization and maturation
• Using of Digital/Data Management best practices for Algeria RE activities
• Identifying RE risks and potential mitigation actions for Algeria Fields
• Working in adherence to the reservoir management processes

Requirements 

• Engineering degree and 5+ years of Reservoir Engineering experience.
• Experience on estimation of Reserves & Resources is preferred as well as working across multiple countries/basins and the E&P lifecycle.
• High level of English
• Proven track record for use of general Reservoir engineering tools and skills: Reservoir Simulation, Production Transient Analysis, Fluids analyses, Rock properties…, etc.
• Clear understanding/use of risk and uncertainty concepts in RE work
• Knowledge of field production operations and of automation and digitally enabled ways of working are preferred.
