Location: Madrid (Spain)
Contract duration: 6 months contract with possible extension
Required skills & Experience:
- Coordinate, define and maintain all activities associated with operational risk and barrier
management, to deliver high value, quality and timely services to support field operations
and projects.
- Support monitoring of barrier status and performance across E&P divisions.
- Maintain all processes, standards, procedures and best practice for operational and barrier risk management.
- Interface with QHSE and other risk management leadership in the organization to deliver an
effective risk management approach, culture and strategy.
- Field experience.
- Role model for leadership and promote HSE culture.
- Work as part of the HSE, Operational Risk and Sustainability Division Leadership Team to
plan, develop and implement Division objectives
- Ensure correct implementation of operational risk management in the projects and
production units. Ensure proper execution of risk studies.
- Identification of any E&P legal/contractual Risk, develop mitigation plans and implementation/execution of any mitigation actions
- Interface with internal stakeholders including client HSEQ and Risks corporate and other
E&P divisions.
- Provide the necessary information to perform the Risk audit plan and implementation of
audit actions plans.
- Keep abreast of latest operational risk management techniques and industry best practices.
- Conduct training on operational risk or compliance related topics.
- Contribute to develop and maintain the design engineering standards for safety critical
elements (i.e. firefighting equipment, PSVs, BOP etc.).
