Role model leadership and support for QHSE culture
Works as part of the Growth Division Leadership Team to recommend, plan, develop and implement Division objectives
Interface with internal stakeholders including Homeroom, PU Managers, Project Managers, BD Head and Growth Head
Managing equivalent external stakeholders at partners and competitor companies.
Upstream Agreements execution team staff development
Use of Digital/Data Management best practices
Commercial Analysis of Business Opportunities
Identification of any Strategic Risk, Investment risks and potential mitigation actions
Manage all records from meetings and communications and keep a central records (e.g. TCM/OCM minutes..)
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with 15+ of Commercial experience preferably in conventional oil upstream projects. Experience working across multiple countries/basins and the E&P lifecycle is required.
High level of English
Proven track record of leading high performing teams, driving business through the understanding/use of negotiations and contracts, dealing negotiation
Knowledge of field production operations is preferred as well as automation and digitally enabled ways of working are well regarded.
