Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing and consolidating jointly with the Financial Analyst the Asset’s 5 year’s plan (includes budget) ensuring the coherence of the economic/financial information received from Investment & Cost Control, Technical Divisions and Horizontal Functions according with Homeroom’s procedures. Support on the preparation of the annual Asset’s plan dossier for the economic/financial information.
  • Preparing and supporting of the Asset’s analytic information (P/L, FCF, sales, production, etc.), budget deviations, financial risk identification, all according with Homeroom’s guidelines. Support the Financial Analyst on the elaboration of information from the Asset: Pre-Closing, Closing, Monthly Meeting, Monthly Report, impairment, ad-hoc studies and projects, etc.
  • Preparing at Asset level the estimations (monthly and annual forecast, etc..) of P/L and FCF according with Financial Analyst guidelines.
  • Supporting the Financial Analyst at Asset’s level, assess, budgets and forecasts revenues, the non-operating costs like, DD&A, contract (e.g. PSC, fiscal letter) and corporate taxes, financial costs, impairments, etc.
  • Preparing and following up, jointly with the Financial Analyst, the Asset’s annual KPI’s for objectives proposes and economic/financial KPI’s according with business management performance procedure.
  • Supporting and completing BPC, under Financial Analyst orientation, at Asset’s level, of planned and actual analytic information, according with Homeroom definitions

Requirements

  • University Degree in Finance or Economics or Engineering
  • 2 years of experience in Finance, on Management Control, Financial Analysis, Reporting and/ or EP Business.
  • Experience on stakeholder management information.
  • Experience on working on an organization environment with high performing integrated teams managed on matrixial organizations in a strong cross – cultural environment.
  • Knowledge of Accountability, E&P’s contracts (i.e. Concession, PSC, RSC) and basic modelling financial analysis techniques will be positively valued
  • Knowledge of automation and digitally information.
  • Knowledge of ERP, BPC, Office package and visualization and reporting tools.
  • Analitical capabilities will be positively valued
  • Higher English knowledge level (understanding, speaking and writing). Knowledge of French will be positively valued.
