Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Review and process invoices for DIOP-F for payment:
    • Verify compliance with contractual terms: rates, mobilization, supporting documents, etc.
    • Assign the invoice to the appropriate cost center according to predefined budget lines with partners.
    • Issue call-offs and GRNs.
  • Ensure adherence to Eni procedures for the passive cycle for DIOP-F (issue preliminary requests after verifying budget availability).
  • Prepare the necessary materials for launching DIOP-F tenders (after verifying budget availability).
  • Prepare the monthly activity estimate for DIOP-F.
  • Compare the estimated cost with the actual cost of DIOP-F.
  • Analyze data to explain discrepancies between estimated and actual costs for DIOP-F.
  • Prepare the necessary materials for establishing job orders for DIOP-F with the parent company.
  • Monitor the status of DIOP-F contracts to ensure compliance with validity and financial terms.
  • Prepare requests for renewal and revision of DIOP-F contracts in accordance with internal procedures.
  • Contribute to the creation of technical specifications for awarding new contracts and assist the manager in evaluating bids.
  • Track the status of DIOP-F requests to ensure timely establishment of contracts.
  • Prepare analysis reports for DIOP-F by concession to monitor related costs and ensure they align with the budget and are accurately charged.
  • Coordinate with the external auditor during their mission for DIOP-F.
  • Perform any other tasks compatible with the role as directed by the project service manager (explanatory notes, data analysis, etc.).
  • Coordinate with DEFC to ensure payment processes and address other clarification requests (residual accrual analysis, call-off activity linkage clarification, etc.).
  • Respond to supplier needs for clarification requests (payment, administrative documents, procedural clarifications, etc.).
