Drilling & Completion Cost control & scheduling Sr Analyst

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Implementation of CC&S (cost control and Scheduling) standards for D&C (Drilling and Completion) in all projects managed by management:
  • EIKOS: tool for project planning and management.
  • Estimation of times and costs with ABC methodology.
  • Certification of contracts in Daily Certification in SAP MM.
  • Analysis of cost deviations: plan-certificate and actual.
  • Use of dashboards to improve efficiency.
• Guaranteeing efficient cost control of operations.
• Management of the internal service orders of the management and of the projects managed by D&C
• Improvement and development of tools to achieve process automation.
• Maintenance and creation of the dashboards of the CC&S function.
• Administration of the specific tools of the CC&S function: EIKOS, Daily Certification.
• Budget Cycle: consolidation and management of the annual budget of D&C TEP and of the periodic reviews (UPAs)
• Knowledge of Drilling & Completion desirable
• Follows approved cost baseline (budget):
  • Reporting deviations
  • Predicting EAC, ETC and FAC
  • Identifies and analyzes deviations between the committed cost, approved budget, the Value of Work done and the actual cost
  • Differentiating cost changes due to project performance and ForEx

·      SAP posting of POS, SES complying with invoicing procedure

• Prepares VoWD, accruals and forecast monthly
• Manage the use of project contingencies to ensure their appropriate use.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

• EIKOS: tool for project planning and management.
• SAP MM knowledge

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Project Services, Cost Control and Scheduling
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, economics, or management.
• English: Advanced written level and fluent speaking level
• Writing skills: coherence and fluency
• Good listener
• Able to apply logical thinking before performing tasks or delivering results
• Adaptability and tolerance of change and uncertainty
