Responsibilities:

  • Definition and drafting of technical specifications for equipment purchases;
  • Technical and commercial clarification of offers received from subcontractors and in relation with the purchasing department;
  • Drawing up consultation files;
  • Analyse and propose technical optimisations;
  • Ensuring technical follow-up, periodic reporting and acceptance throughout the manufacturing process of the equipment as well as coordination with the PIPs
  • Manage equipment preparation and assembly operations;
  • Respond to project requests in terms of availability, compliance with procedures and technical specifications;

Requirements:

  • Education: 5 years of higher education with a focus on mechanics and/or general engineering
  • Fluent in English and French.
  • Professional experience > 7 years
  • Experienced technical profile and industrial curiosity
  • Ability to coordinate several activities in project management
  • Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and with multiple internal and group (outsourced) interfaces
  • Ability to mobilise and motivate teams to achieve objectives (internal and external)
  • Ability to ensure a technological watch
  • good interpersonal skills, methodical, rigorous, analytical and synthetic, available, reactive, confidential

IT Tools:

  • High level of comfort in using the Microsoft package
  • Familiar with IFS/ Microsoft Project /Autocad
